As a facilitator, I create and implement processes that center the power and creativity of the group. As a coach, my favorite thing is helping people (and orgs) level up - whether that means creating systems that make it easier to get your work done, or helping you step into leadership in your organization.

My experience comes from a decade in grassroots organizing, community art, nonprofits, schools, and collective projects. I believe that a good process feels like alchemy - the transformation of a jumble of ideas, personalities, and constraints into a cohesive whole. This alchemy requires planning, creativity, and presence.

My approach is structured, adaptable, and attuned. I center racial, gender, and economic justice. I strive for function, authenticity, and integrity over perfection.
